Service and repair outside of the manufacturer's warranty

Repairs and cost estimates outside the warranty period

The standard warranty period for the robots is two years (starting from the date of purchase). If you send your product in for inspection or repair after this warranty period has expired , a cost estimate fee of €50 to €70 will be charged. You will have to pay this fee even if your product cannot be repaired or is not repaired.
