Even in the case of a repair, please contact our customer service to arrange free return shipping of the device. Please also note that we charge an additional processing fee of €25 for packages sent without prepaid postage.
Service and repair outside of the manufacturer's warranty
Repairs and cost estimates after the warranty period has expired
NIVAROQ devices typically come with a 2-year warranty (from the date of purchase).
If you send your product in for inspection and possible repair after the warranty period has expired, a cost estimate fee of €50–70 will be charged. You are responsible for these costs even if your product is subsequently not repaired or is beyond repair.
