NIVAROQ robots typically come with a 2-year warranty (from the date of purchase). If you send your product in for inspection and possible repair after the warranty period has expired , we will charge a cost estimate fee of €50–70 . You are responsible for this fee even if your product is not subsequently repaired or cannot be repaired.
