The robots typically come with a two-year warranty (starting from the date of purchase). If you send your product in for inspection and possible repair after this warranty period has expired , a fee of €50 to €70 will be charged for the cost estimate . You will have to pay this fee even if your product is subsequently not repaired or is found to be irreparable.
