Terms and conditions of participation – Prize wheel “Pool robot”
1. Organizer
The organizer of the competition is:

2. Eligibility
(1) Only natural persons aged 18 years or over residing in Germany or Austria are eligible to participate.
(2) Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.
(3) Participation is free and not contingent upon the purchase of a product.
3. Participation in the prize draw
(1) Participation is achieved by spinning the digital prize wheel (Wheelio) on the organizer's website and by providing a valid email address.
(2) Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries, especially using different email addresses or technical workarounds, are not allowed.
(3) The competition runs during the specified promotional period. The organizer reserves the right to terminate or modify the competition prematurely for good cause.
4. Profits and profit distribution
(1) The following prizes may be awarded as part of the prize draw:
Shopping benefits (vouchers) in a fixed euro amount or percentage, redeemable exclusively on pool robots in the organizer's online shop.
(2) Prizes will be awarded randomly via the digital prize wheel.
(3) Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions.
(4) Vouchers are valid for a limited time and can only be redeemed for pool robots.
5. Exclusion from the competition
(1) The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if there are legitimate reasons, in particular in the case of:
- Violations of these terms and conditions of participation
- Manipulation or attempted manipulation
- false or misleading information
(2) In these cases, profits may also be revoked retroactively.
6. Liability
(1) The organizer shall not be liable for technical malfunctions, failures or delays which are beyond its control.
(2) For material or legal defects in prizes, the respective statutory warranty provisions of the country of residence of the winners shall apply.
7. Data protection
(1) The personal data collected in connection with the prize draw will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting the prize draw, determining the winner and notifying the winner.

8. Premature termination of the competition
The organizer reserves the right to terminate or modify the competition at any time for important reasons without prior notice, in particular for technical, legal or organizational reasons.
9. Applicable Law
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
(2) For participants residing in Austria, mandatory consumer protection provisions of Austrian law remain unaffected.
(3) Legal recourse is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
10. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
