How can I return a product?

At NIVAROQ – 45-day return policy

At NIVAROQ, you get a voluntary 45-day return policy – independent of the statutory 14-day cancellation right. If you want to return a product, you can easily register your product return online.

Important note: Please clean the product carefully before returning it (e.g., dust, hair, residues). This makes inspection easier and helps process your product return quickly.

1. Register product return online

Register your return via our returns portal. This allows us to quickly assign and process your product return.

Note about the return label: The email with the return label may occasionally end up in the spam folder. Please also check your spam/junk folder if you do not find the message shortly.

2. Pack the product securely

Please pack the product completely and securely for transport – ideally in the original packaging including accessories and instructions.

3. Send the return

After registration, you will receive all information about the return shipment. Please keep the shipping proof until your return has arrived with us.

4. Inspection & refund

After receiving the goods, we will check your return. Refunds are made via the original payment method. Processing usually takes a few business days.

45-day return policy

In addition to the statutory 14-day cancellation right, NIVAROQ offers a voluntary return policy of a total of 45 days from receipt of the goods.

The voluntary return policy is in addition to your legal rights and does not affect them. You can find more details in our cancellation policy.

For technical problems or defects, we recommend our repair service. This way, your issue can be specifically checked and often resolved faster than through a full return.
